There are no refunds or exchanges on all orders. All jewelry is considered custom ordered and no refunds will be granted.  Exchanges will be granted in cases such as defect due to shipping.  To exchange an item, you must first obtain a return authorization number by e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please write your return authorization number on the front of the package you will return.  Items received without a return authorization number will denied “return to sender.”  Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all items and all orders.
